From the moment your piece leaves our hands, it is handled with the same care with which it was created.
Every CELAJ order is fully insured, elegantly presented in our signature packaging, and entrusted to our select international couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched from our atelier in Italy, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Packaging

Each CELAJ creation arrives in our signature plum-toned packaging a keepsake box designed for both presentation and safekeeping.

  • Complimentary gift note: Add a personal message, beautifully printed on CELAJ stationery.

  • All shipments are fully insured from our atelier to your door.

Domestic (Italy & EU)

  • Complimentary Express Shipping on all orders within the European Union.

  • Ready-to-ship creations dispatch within 1-3 business days.

  • Made-to-order pieces require approximately 4-6 weeks before shipping.

  • Adult signature required upon delivery.

  • Taxes (IVA) are included at checkout.

  • Deliveries fulfilled by DHL Express or UPS.

International Shipping

  • Complimentary worldwide shipping on orders over €1,500 (taxes & duties included).

  • For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee of €150 applies.

  • International deliveries are fulfilled by DHL or FedEx.

Estimated transit times (from dispatch): 

  • Italy & EU: 1-3 business days

  • United Kingdom: 3-5 business days

  • United States: 3-6 business days

  • Middle East & Asia: 3-6 business days

  • Australia: 4-7 business days
