Return & Exchanges

Each CELAJ creation is crafted to be cherished for a lifetime.
If your piece isn’t quite right, our Client Care Team will personally guide you through the exchange or return process with care and discretion.

Exchanges

  • Pieces may be exchanged within 7 business days of receipt.

  • Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all CELAJ packaging and certificates.

  • Domestic exchanges are complimentary.

  • International collectors are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned for a refund within 7 business days of receipt, pending approval.

  • Approved domestic refunds are subject to a 4% restocking fee.

  • Approved international refunds are subject to a restocking fee reflecting non-recoverable duties and taxes(typically 10–25%, depending on destination).

  • Return shipping, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the collector.

Final Sale

Customized, engraved, personalized, or promotional creations are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact our Client Care Team at info@celajewellery within 7 business days of delivery, including your name, order number, and request details.
Purchases made through authorized partner retailers must be returned directly to them.

Repairs & Resizing

At CELAJ Fine Jewellery, we stand by the craftsmanship of every piece.
We offer complimentary repairs for any manufacturing defects within one year of delivery.
Repairs related to wear, accidental damage, or mishandling will be evaluated individually and may incur a service fee.

Ring Sizing

Depending on the design, size adjustments may be possible. We offer one complimentary resizing (±1 size) on select styles.
For larger adjustments, our atelier will review the request and provide a tailored solution.
